For whom are the programmes relevant?
This programme is aimed at people who already have some work experience (although this is not a requirement) and who wish to use academic study to deepen their understanding of the human processes and practices which take place in organizations.

Organizational Psychology
This would be especially suitable if you wish to focus on the psychological and social processes occurring in organizations. Within the course, these processes are often explained and discussed with reference to specific areas of work, such as personnel selection and organizational change. If you chose to study for this programme you may wish to use this knowledge within your existing job role and career plans. Alternatively, you may use it to bring about a significant change in your working life, for example by developing a new career in management consultancy.
